Six of them have been with NSRCC for 30 years, matching the Club’s age since its official opening. These pioneer employees have seen the Club grow and improve over the years. Our General Manager, Mr Ng Heng Chew, also received the LSA for his 10 years of service and leadership.

15 YEARS:
Suzila Bte Mohamed Noor
Senior CSO (Main Lobby)

Suzila is a Senior CSO, who always greets members with a smile at the Main Lobby. She started working at NSRCC 15 years ago because she was interested in a Resort and Country Club career.

She witnessed several upgrades at the Club, like the new Bungalows, Sky Range opening. She especially liked the air-conditioned Main Lobby!

She shared that NSRCC’s Staff Party at Bintan, Indonesia five years ago was the most unforgettable experience for her. She remembered the event fondly and said “I had wonderful time with the activities. That was also where I received my 10 years long service award.”

Suzi finds meaning and happiness in serving others at her job. “Getting the Service Excellence Award is a personal fulfillment for me as this recognition means a great deal to me. Providing excellent service is something I am passionate about.”

What makes her stay committed to NSRCC throughout these years? She credits the Club’s Zen and peaceful working environment. She also enjoys the camaraderie from colleagues past and present. “I enjoy the activities within and outside of the club such as gatherings for makan or travelling. We have good interaction across departments, from Directors to cleaners. United like a family.”

Jason Yeo has been the head of NSRCC's golf department for the past 10 years. As Director of Golf, he ensures the smooth operation of all aspects of the golf courses and activities at Changi and Kranji. He enjoys working with the fun and fantastic teams and colleagues at both NSRCC locations. He says that the people make the place work and he likes coming to work when there is great teamwork that makes it memorable.

Jason chose NSRCC as his workplace because of its distinctive work culture, which sets it apart from other private golf clubs. He saw it as a challenge that would test his abilities. “I thought the job opportunity would be good for me.”

He has witnessed many changes and enhancements to NSRCC in the past ten years. These included rebuilding Changi's 18 holes, launching the Sky Range, renovating Changi's Golf Reception Counter, and adjusting the Buggy Parking Area for Shotgun setup.

Kranji too has seen many changes. He appreciates the vast improvement of Kranji’s clubhouse facilities, F&B quality and services and all aspects of golf activities (Operations and Course Maintenance).

“All these collective improvements have translated into better service quality for our members. These have been fulfilling for both myself and the Kranji team who all had a hand in the transformation.”

His commitment and dedication to NSRCC can be credited to the fun and friendly team and colleagues, which he finds to be the most important aspect in any work environment.

"Having a good, fun and friendly team and colleagues is the most important part of any work environment and without them, it would be impossible to stay committed," said Jason.
