Membership Term Extension

All existing and new members with active membership terms that run through the intensive redevelopment period will be entitled to the free extension.

All members will receive free extension proportionate to the membership period affected by upgrading. For example, if a member’s membership term is affected by 4 months, he will receive 4 months free extension as compensation. Likewise, if another member’s membership term runs through the entire redevelopment period, he will receive the maximum of 36 months free extension.

No action is needed from our members. The membership extension will be done automatically. The new card with the extended membership expiry date will be sent to members before September 2014.

Yes. Members who renew their membership before the start of extended term will receive more number of free months compared to those members who renew after the commencement of free term.

Yes. In order to maximise the free membership term extension, new members need to sign up as early as possible. Member who signs up in September 2014 will receive 33 months extension compared to 30 months extension for member who signs up in December 2014.

Yes. Subscription fee is applicable during the extended term.
