1999   Achieved Certified On-The-Job-Training-Centre (COJTC) status (issued by ITE)
Achieved Merit Award for Golf Course Superintendent Association of America (GCSAA) Environmental Steward Award.
2000   Opening of Executive Golf course (first links-style Par-3 course in Singapore)
Achieved Chapter Award for Golf Course Superintendent Association of America (GCSAA) Environmental Steward Award.
2001   SAFRA Resort & Country Club was renamed National Service Resort & Country Club.
Became the Country Winner for Golf Course Superintendent Association of America (GCSAA) Environmental Steward Award
2002 Received International Environmental Leader title in the 2001 Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) / Golf Digest Environmental Leaders in Golf Award (ELGA).
2004     Opening of Kranji Sanctuary Golf Course's first 9-hole
Completion of the first phase of the Resort’s social facilities upgrading
Opening of Kranji Sanctuary Golf Course's second 9-hole
2005   Official Opening of Kranji Sanctuary Golf Course, officiated by then-Minister for Defence, Mr Teo Chee Hean and then-Minister for Home Affairs, Mr Wong Kan Seng. The building of Kranji Sanctuary Golf Course cost $35m.
Completion of Clubhouse Upgrading Works which cost an estimated $6.5m.
2007   Completion of the first of the nine of the newly renovated golf courses - Army Course
All 3 courses were upgraded over 18 months – each 9-hole course was closed for 9 months. The renovations include improving the greens, bunkers, tee boxes and ponds and cost $9 million.
Completion of the second of the nine of the newly renovated golf courses - Navy Course
2008   Awarded IGOLF Laureate Course (Kranji Sanctuary Golf Course and NSRCC)
Completion of the third nine of the newly renovated golf course – Air Force Course

Kranji Sanctuary Golf Course (KSGC) was awarded an Environmental Leaders in Golf Awards (ELGA) Merit Award, conducted by IGOLF in conjunction with Asian Golf Monthly.
2009 National Service Resort & Country Club was selected as the runner-up in the ‘International Courses’ category of US-based 2009 Golf Inc. Renovation of the Year competition.
2010 Official Re-launch of NSRCC Seasports Centre, officiated by then-Chief of Defence Force and President, NSRCC, LG Neo Kian Hong.
2011 SAFRA Resort Bowl upgraded with new synthetic lanes.
2012 Re-opening of Leader's Function Room, Jackpot Room and Sports Lounge.
2015 Completion of New 9-Hole Golf Course Reconfiguration (Former Army Course)
2018 Completion of 40 units of bungalow refurbishment
2019 Official Opening of NSRCC Sky Range, officiated by then-Chief of Defence Force and President, NSRCC, LG Melvyn Ong.
2023 Ground breaking Ceremony of NSRCC's Social and Recreation Hub officiated by Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Defence
