Accommodation Cluster Progress Update

Accommodation Cluster Progress Update

The Accommodation Cluster continues to make steady progress, featuring a range of premium lodging options designed to offer a luxurious guest experience.

  • Chalets, Bungalows, Guest Rooms: Structural works have been successfully completed for Sample Units and architectural reviews are now in progress. Additionally, underground Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations are underway to support future building services.
  • Villas: The structural construction of the villa units is progressing, with work also underway on the private swimming pool structures. This includes the development of the villa framework and the construction of the pool areas, ensuring both are structurally sound and aligned with the design plans.
  • Swimming Pool and Central Island: The ground levelling for the vast pool and central island is approaching its final stage, with the terrain being finely adjusted to ensure a solid foundation. Preparations for the subsequent phase are already in progress, which involve the installation of essential structural elements for both the pool and the surrounding recreational spaces, setting the stage for the next phase of construction.

The cluster remains on schedule, with a strong emphasis on quality, seamless architectural integration, and service infrastructure.

Recreation Cluster Progress Update

Recreation Cluster Progress Update

Majority of the Recreation Cluster has reached a major milestone with the completion of all primary structural works, except for Recreational Building 3 and Gazebo Units. The focus has now shifted to architectural and MEP installations.

  • Recreational Buildings 1 and 2: Architectural activities, including wall construction, screeding, and plastering, are currently in progress. Simultaneously, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations are advancing to integrate essential building services.
  • Recreational Building 3: While the Level 1 and Level 2 structural phases are now complete, roof construction work is still ongoing. The area is expected to enter the architectural phase in the next couple of months, in line with the rest of the commercial cluster units.
  • Gazebo Units: Structural works are currently in progress at the gazebo units, marking the final major section of the Recreation Cluster to undergo this phase. In the next couple of months, the gazebo units will transition to the architectural phase, ensuring alignment with the cluster's overarching design objectives.

The Recreation Cluster remains on track, prioritizing high-quality finishes and functional spaces for future users.
