Accommodation Cluster Progress Update

 

The Accommodation Cluster continues to advance steadily, showcasing a diverse array of lodging options aimed at providing a comprehensive and luxurious guest experience.

  • Chalets: Significant progress has been made, with the sanitary and plumbing systems works now at their peak. This milestone ensures a robust infrastructure for water supply, drainage, and waste management, paving the way for interior finishing works to commence.
  • Bungalows, Guest Rooms, and Villas: These accommodations are advancing through structural works. Framing and preliminary system installations for the western sector are currently underway, while foundation work in the remaining areas is nearing completion. Ensuring alignment with quality standards and timelines.
  • Swimming Pool and Central Island: Ground levelling for the gigantic pool and central island is at its final stage. Preparation for the next phase, including the installation of structural elements for the pool and surrounding recreational spaces, is underway.

The cluster remains on track for its scheduled completion, maintaining a focus on blending comfort, style, and functionality for future guests.

Recreation Cluster Progress Update

 

The Recreation Cluster has achieved significant milestones this month, with work progressing steadily across all recreational buildings.

  • Recreational Buildings 1 and 2: Primary structural works are at its last stage, marking the transition to the architectural phase. Interior wall construction and design detailing are underway, shaping the spaces to reflect their intended future purposes.
  • Recreational Building 3: Level 2 structural works are ongoing. The building works will be transitioning to the architectural phase in a few months’ time, aligning with the overarching design goals of the cluster.

The Recreation Cluster remains on schedule, as we focus on creating safe, durable, and visually appealing facilities for future users continues.

F&B Cluster Progress Update

 

The Terrace Building in the F&B Cluster is making excellent progress, with substantial advancements in structural and design elements.

  • Structural Works: The concrete slab for the second floor has been fully installed and reinforced, providing a sturdy foundation to support future activities in this vibrant space.
  • Design Features: Architectural elements are now becoming visible, with panoramic sea views on Level 2 offering a glimpse of the inviting atmosphere this dining space will provide. Interior layouts and finishing details are set to begin shortly.

The Terrace Building is shaping up to be a signature feature of the F&B Cluster, combining durability with strategic design to maximize its seaside location and create a memorable dining experience.
