Updates in Jun 2024

Since our last update on the progress of the new Social and Recreation Hub in April, the construction of the buildings has been moving along well. We will continue to provide members with bi-monthly updates throughout the duration of the hub construction.

As of now, integral foundational works have started. Columns have also been erected. Check out some of the photos of the progress below!

These infrastructure and services support are critical factors in ensuring the safety and efficient functionality of the Hub when it opens.

Superstructure works at the Housekeeping Building, involving the construction of the above-ground framework and structural elements, are in progress.

Superstructure works at the Substation

 Superstructure works at the substation involving the construction of the above-ground structure that houses the electrical equipment.
Our team is expediting the construction of the substation, which will serve as the facility for power distribution and control, ensuring the efficient operation of the electrical grid.
